They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back! We have had frequent contact with the real estate agent. The contact was very pleasant and personal. The communication was open and honest. It was never a problem to do something extra, the real estate agent was proactive in that. The real estate agent is very flexible. We also found that pleasant. The sale went smoothly, the advice was excellent, and the contact with both the real estate agent and the staff went as desired. So, in my opinion, it's a recommendation.

Unfortunately, our agent was a better 'free' buyer's agent for the buyers than he was a seller's agent for us. Among other things, the upgrading of the energy label was quickly followed by buyers AFTER the sale instead of BEFORE the sale in our favor. Remarkable. Also, the sales strategy and pricing were awkward and the photos were awful. All in all, it has cost us a lot of money. Unfortunately, we did not have the time and opportunity to switch agents, otherwise we would have done so for sure.
