There's a reason his responses to bad reviews are two pages long and defensive. At best he is a used car salesman, but certainly not a broker. Untrustworthy and unreliable at every step. Especially if you are a foreigner or selling your property from abroad. He doesn’t work for you or your interests and will do everything necessary to close a deal, even at the expense of his clients. Shortcuts and cheap sales tactics at every step. Always has an excuse, it's never his fault or beyond his control. Our house re-offered with a good broker and it sold on the first day. Don’t do it, or just ask another realtor in Eindhoven and they will tell you the same about his reputation in the industry.

The report is fine, but the communication left much to be desired. Due to a malfunction, the report could not be delivered within 7 days, which can happen, but communicate that to your client. I had to constantly take the initiative for contact. Furthermore, appointments were always made that weren't kept and I had to chase them up myself. In short, it took more than 7 days but a month and a half before we received the appraisal report. No apology or compensation afterwards either. A shame.

Bad experience. Registered through the website for a property valuation. No response. Called myself; 'Sir, I will send you an email to get things going'. No email received. The assignment goes to a competitor.
