They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back! Luckily, I had it described before key handover and at the notary. So I was strong in my shoes with my legal assistance insurance.

Despite all the good reactions, here is a less positive one. Firstly, my property was underestimated regarding the sale price. If I had followed the advice, I would have received 15,000 euros less for the property. Furthermore, without consultation, 500 euros for my window coverings were offered to the client, while I wanted to keep them myself. All in all, I am not satisfied with the mediation. Marijke
