However, this digital system also has disadvantages. As a seller, you need to invest more time and energy in the sale and physical contact with the real estate agent decreases as well. As a seller, of course, you are in control of that yourself. But still.

Watch out! If you are an international buyer, be prepared for racism and discrimination! This is the worst experience I've had during my house hunting in the Netherlands.

Contact with Diederik always went well. An enthusiastic man who immediately takes you into all aspects of selling your house. It was an exciting phase for us in the preparation (we had already bought another house), but after contact with Hendrix Huybregts, we were always a bit more reassured about a good result. The ultimate result was also very quick! The property was sold within a little over a week, above the asking price! Perfectly attuned to local wishes! They are toppers!

Found a beautiful house on Funda, but of course it was already 'sold' when I applied. I got a bit of a lecture when I pointed out that it would have been nice to indicate whether there was already a purchase agreement in principle. I shouldn’t have said anything given the not very friendly response I received. Clearly still a 'seller's market' and this realtor hasn't quite grasped that times can change again. A shame, but I'll keep looking and definitely not with this realtor.
