Tijdens zowel de verkoop als aankoop geweldig bijgestaan door het team van Maas. Met een lading expertise en ervaring werd de verkoop passend en zorgvuldig gecoördineerd. Van de kennismaking tot het styling advies en de brochure tot de bezichtigingen, alles verliep even soepel. Eerlijk, heldere communicatie en vakmanschap! Er werd goed meegedacht met onze situatie en dat maakte het traject in plaats van stressvol zelfs leuk. Tijdens mijn persoonlijke zoektocht naar een woning stond Nicolette altijd met een lach aan mijn zijde. Of het nu ging om woningadvies of een warm praatje om even te aarden tijdens een bezichtiging. The real estate agent gave me multiple times offensive advice. They did not listen to my requests. In the end, I did not follow their advice, showed the property myself to interested parties and managed to negotiate a price above the asking price — while my own real estate agent was actually pressuring me to accept a lower offer. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and wonder what I have actually paid for.
