Helaas is onze ervaring niet best met deze makelaar. Ben lof over de binnendienst medewerkers, oprecht klasse maar helaas niet te spreken over de verkoper. Er is een verkoopbedrag bepaald die te hoog was waarvan hij vanaf dag 1 al zei dat die de woning wel even binnen een week of 2 zou verkopen. Helaas te hoog gepresenteerd en voor een lager bedrag verkocht. Buren van ons hebben de woning naast ons ook te koop aangeboden via dezelfde verkoper, is voor € 50.000 lager aangeboden…

The contact with the real estate agent went very smoothly, it's a small company where the lines of communication are very short and you don't feel like a number when you call; everyone is well informed about the house. You certainly don't feel like a number. They also had a lot of understanding for the situation because every sale is different. I myself arranged things with the photographer regarding edits, which allowed it to go online faster. What was a shame was that the 'for sale' sign in the garden arrived just a little later. But that’s a minor detail…
