Unfortunately, our experience is not the best with this real estate agent. I praise the staff in the sales department, genuine class but unfortunately not able to speak highly of the seller. There was a selling price set that was too high, which he already said on day 1 would sell the house within a week or two. Unfortunately presented as too high and sold for a lower amount. Our neighbors also offered the house next to us for sale via the same seller, it was offered for € 50.000 less...

The contact with the real estate agent went very smoothly, it's a small company where the lines of communication are very short and you don't feel like a number when you call; everyone is well informed about the house. You certainly don't feel like a number. They also had a lot of understanding for the situation because every sale is different. I myself arranged things with the photographer regarding edits, which allowed it to go online faster. What was a shame was that the 'for sale' sign in the garden arrived just a little later. But that’s a minor detail…
