From the very first moment, the contact with Pascal Vermeer (and his colleagues) went excellently. They were very accessible, communicated proactively and thought along carefully. What a great and fine real estate agent!! I have bought and sold many houses in my life and I was not always happy with the real estate agent. However, Pascal and colleagues are fantastic. Both the clarity as well as the amount of communication, but especially the feeling that the real estate agent was really there for me. Pascal guided us during the sale, together with his team they took care of everything, honest communication and agreed-upon rates that are handled by the notary afterwards, so you really don't have to do anything but trust them, and that's exactly what we did, smooth, honest and being able to secure the best price for the house and the new purchase...
A pleasant real estate agent with business knowledge, whom I would certainly recommend. The staff at the office are also knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented.
We chose this real estate agent from three candidates due to a good click and visibility in the neighborhood, but in practice, the service fell short. After weeks of radio silence, we had to chase the confirmation ourselves. During Zibber's photo session, an agent showed up unannounced. Not to ensure that the photos would turn out ideally, but to look at the house itself, which made them more of a disturbance. That multiple agents from the office knew our house, we saw as a plus beforehand, but at this point, it worked against us. In hindsight, that was an unfortunate choice of timing. The sales texts consisted mainly of factual listings, and to our surprise, upon further inquiry, it was said that writing texts does not belong to the core business of the real estate agent. Ultimately, we rewrote the texts completely ourselves to really take potential buyers through the house and present it more attractively. >> In the evaluation meeting, the agent stated that short, business-like texts are their style and appreciated by many clients. In our opinion, however, writing attractive sales texts does belong to the core of the real estate profession. There was therefore mainly a case of mismatched expectations and/or a difference in personal preference. Via Move, we did not see any statistics, there was no explanation about extra Funda promotion options and on repeated requests for the original photos, they did not respond. We received no brochure, there was no festive go-live moment, there was no 'For Sale' sign in the garden when the house appeared on Funda and our house has never been displayed in the real estate office's showcase. >> According to the agent, this was also mainly an unfortunate coincidence of circumstances. The further execution we found sloppy. For the first viewings, they did not have the keys ready and basic information was missing (such as the original position of the washing machine connection). The bidding process was not clearly explained in advance, the first bid was not confirmed, bids were not made clear and transparently visible, and we never saw the motivation texts of the bidders. It was regularly said:
