23 May 2024They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back! Luckily, I had it described before key handover and at the notary. So I was strong in my shoes with my legal assistance insurance.

24 Apr 2024There's a reason his responses to bad reviews are two pages long and defensive. At best he is a used car salesman, but certainly not a broker. Untrustworthy and unreliable at every step. Especially if you are a foreigner or selling your property from abroad. He doesn’t work for you or your interests and will do everything necessary to close a deal, even at the expense of his clients. Shortcuts and cheap sales tactics at every step. Always has an excuse, it's never his fault or beyond his control. Our house re-offered with a good broker and it sold on the first day. Don’t do it, or just ask another realtor in Eindhoven and they will tell you the same about his reputation in the industry.

07 Jun 2024During our very first viewing, we met sales broker Joyce. She showed us the house calmly, explained things clearly and gave a feeling of trust. We were enthusiastic about the house, but also found it quite exciting to decide so quickly. Joyce indicated that she wanted us to be well informed and invited us to come back the following week for a structural inspection of the house. Even this time we didn't feel rushed and she professionally answered all our questions. And even after our offer was accepted and the purchase went through, we were allowed to come and look again with our parents. Joyce specially came on Saturday towards the address and had a nice surprise: 'sold' stickers that we could stick ourselves. Very fun! Joyce: very pleasant how you take the time in the entire process. That has helped us greatly with this exciting decision. We are incredibly happy and look forward to making a home out of it! 26 Dec 2024They had 1 task: to appraise a house for an nhg validation. This was a clear question. He appraised the house 5000 euros higher. This joke costs me a lot of hassle. And naturally, much more money. He thought he was doing a good thing was his answer. Thanks for nothing. He was very friendly. But I am dissatisfied. To prevent other people from experiencing this. Be very clear about what you want from an appraisal! With this broker!

05 Jan 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! During the check-out as well, everything was checked properly and handled nicely and correctly. Thanks for the pleasant cooperation and good service!

05 Aug 2024Compleet onprofessioneel en onethisch bureau in Nederland/regio Eindhoven - Mijn vriend woont in Almere en komt hier op bezoek. Is het ILLEGAAL?! Er is geen tijdelijke regelaar in de studio, maar buiten, dus iedereen kan wisselen. Er zijn hier 4 huurders. Het is niet mijn verantwoordelijkheid om constant te controleren. Ik heb met het DNS-installatieteam gesproken, dat het onderhoud van deze boiler doet. Er lekt constant water en we vullen het dagelijks bij. Ik heb het ze laten zien. Ze zeiden duidelijk dat de boiler vervangen moet worden, maar dat kan alleen als de eigenaar hiervoor betaalt. Verder zijn er geen aparte meters voor 4 huurders, dus wie verbruikt er meer gas, water en elektriciteit? Dat kun je niet definiëren. Installeer 4 meters voor 4 huurders om duidelijkheid te krijgen. Huurders betalen volgens hun eigen meter, probleem opgelost. Bovendien is mijn studio in 2023 45 dagen nauwelijks gebruikt, omdat ik voornamelijk voor mijn werk op reis ben. Ondanks dat, ook nog eens 1466 euro extra gas, water en elektriciteitskosten bovenop de huurprijs? Het jarenlang schoonmaken van vuil en afval in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en achtertuin, zoals te zien op de foto's, is mijn verantwoordelijkheid? Is dat logisch? - Wees heel voorzichtig als je via dit bureau huurt. Je wordt altijd een extra bedrag in rekening gebracht zonder bewijs en niemand zal zelfs maar de professionele etiquette hanteren om een fatsoenlijk gesprek te voeren. - En netheid, OMG 😳 😳, kom eens kijken waar ik verblijf. Ik verblijf in een spookhuis, vol vuil, kapotte stopcontacten, kakkerlakken, insecten, ratten, spinnen, een geweldig uitzicht op de achtertuin, foto's toegevoegd. Vochtige muren, kapotte laminaatvloeren zijn de kers op de taart. Je zou slangen in mijn achtertuin kunnen zien. Volstrekt onhygiënisch, zie bijgevoegde foto's. - Lightcity Housing vraagt om tickets aan te maken voor eventuele problemen, prima. Je maakt tickets aan, zonder SLA te vermelden. Later werd het plotseling afgesloten met de opmerking "goed behandeld door de verhuurder" - terwijl de verhuurder helemaal niets doet. Het is dus een pingpongspel tussen makelaarskantoor en verhuurder, en de huurder is de BAL 🏀 Hier. - Verhoogt de huur op elk moment, zonder goede uitleg. - Ze praten geen woord, zelfs toen ik meerdere keren om een persoonlijk gesprek vroeg - ze hingen alleen maar op, gebrek aan professionaliteit en niet de elementaire beleefdheid om met huurders om te gaan.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!
