06 Jul 2024They can sell houses, but if hidden defects appear after a few weeks, they are lost. Tried calling/app several times with bricklayers and still haven't had the decency to call back! Luckily, I had it described before key handover and at the notary. So I was strong in my shoes with my legal assistance insurance.

Due to your blunt way of communicating, I have decided to have the contacts run through your purchasing broker. The fact that even he no longer wanted to do anything for you is food for thought. You are also mixing up the terms 'invisible defect' and 'hidden defect'. Despite the fact that you had no leg to stand on, the selling heirs decided to accommodate you. Immediately gave a feeling of trust and wasn't like so many business-like agents. House sold quickly at a price that was right for everyone. The fact that the buyers of our house have also offered their house says enough, I think. Very satisfied and it is also worth mentioning that the back office is very neat and easily accessible.

16 Jun 2024There's a reason his responses to bad reviews are two pages long and defensive. At best he is a used car salesman, but certainly not a broker. Untrustworthy and unreliable at every step. Especially if you are a foreigner or selling your property from abroad. He doesn’t work for you or your interests and will do everything necessary to close a deal, even at the expense of his clients. Shortcuts and cheap sales tactics at every step. Always has an excuse, it's never his fault or beyond his control. Our house re-offered with a good broker and it sold on the first day. Don’t do it, or just ask another realtor in Eindhoven and they will tell you the same about his reputation in the industry.

Although I always take reviews very seriously, I don't find it entirely fair. You were the ones who repeatedly went back on already made appointments. Ultimately, the buyer’s financing was not approved. You can’t fault me for that. I do think I should have communicated more clearly. Especially with people living abroad. I learned from that. Nevertheless, I am glad you sold your house quickly and wish you much success in your new city.

07 Jun 2024During our very first viewing, we met sales broker Joyce. She showed us the house calmly, explained things clearly and gave a feeling of trust. We were enthusiastic about the house, but also found it quite exciting to decide so quickly. Joyce indicated that she wanted us to be well informed and invited us to come back the following week for a structural inspection of the house. Even this time we didn't feel rushed and she professionally answered all our questions. And even after our offer was accepted and the purchase went through, we were allowed to come and look again with our parents. Joyce specially came on Saturday towards the address and had a nice surprise: 'sold' stickers that we could stick ourselves. Very fun! Joyce: very pleasant how you take the time in the entire process. That has helped us greatly with this exciting decision. We are incredibly happy and look forward to making a home out of it! 18 Dec 2024They had 1 task: to appraise a house for an nhg validation. This was a clear question. He appraised the house 5000 euros higher. This joke costs me a lot of hassle. And naturally, much more money. He thought he was doing a good thing was his answer. Thanks for nothing. He was very friendly. But I am dissatisfied. To prevent other people from experiencing this. Be very clear about what you want from an appraisal! With this broker!

05 Jan 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! 05 Aug 2024Completely unprofessional and unethical agency in the Netherlands/Eindhoven region - My friend lives in Almere and is visiting here. Is it ILLEGAL?! There is no temporary person to manage things in the studio, but outside, so everyone can switch. There are 4 tenants here. It's not my responsibility to constantly check. I spoke with the DNS installation team, which maintains this boiler. Water constantly leaks and we refill it daily. I showed it to them. They clearly said that the boiler needs to be replaced, but that can only happen if the owner pays for it. Furthermore, there are no separate meters for the 4 tenants, so who consumes more gas, water, and electricity? You cannot define that. Install 4 meters for 4 tenants to gain clarity. Tenants pay according to their own meter, problem solved. Moreover, my studio was hardly used in 2023 for 45 days because I travel a lot for work. Despite that, still an extra €1466 of gas, water and electricity costs on top of the rent? Is it my responsibility to clean up dirt and waste in the common area and backyard, as shown in the photos, for years? Does that make sense? - Be very careful when renting through this agency. You are always charged an extra amount without proof and no one will even adhere to professional etiquette to have a decent conversation. - And cleanliness, OMG 😳 😳, come see where I'm staying. I’m staying in a haunted house, full of dirt, broken outlets, cockroaches, insects, rats, spiders, a great view of the backyard, photos added. Damp walls, broken laminate floors are the icing on the cake. You could see snakes in my backyard. Absolutely unhygienic, see attached photos. - Lightcity Housing asks for tickets to be created for any problems, fine. You create tickets, without mentioning an SLA. Later it was suddenly closed with the comment 'well treated by the landlord' - while the landlord does absolutely nothing. So it’s a ping-pong game between the real estate agency and the landlord, and the tenant is the BAL 🏀 Here. - Increases rent at any time, without good explanation. - They don't speak a word, even when I repeatedly asked for a personal meeting - they just hung up, lack of professionalism and not even basic politeness to deal with tenants.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!
