Zo stond er ineens een verkoopbord in de tuin zonder dat we dat wisten, en moesten we vaak zelf vragen naar zaken als de sluitingsdatum van de biedingen. Ook zouden ze laten weten als er iemand in ons huis was terwijl wij er niet waren, maar dat gebeurde niet altijd. Over het algemeen prima, maar de communicatie …

16 Jun 2025The Brabant realtor was initially very friendly and very positive. The communication to this seller was no costs, only €650 for the brochure and placement on the internet; the rest would be paid by the buyers who would then pay a small amount because it was included in the mortgage application. As far as that went, everything was fine. My wife did have to do a lot of work; all sorts of things had to be provided. There were also sufficient viewings and we received two bids, one of which we accepted outright. However, two days before we had to go to the notary, the surprise came. We suddenly heard that we still had to pay €4000 in realtor fees. This was nowhere agreed upon and was not listed anywhere in the brochure. After a long conversation with the realtor about our disappointment, surprisingly enough, €1000 of the realtor fees could be deducted at once. I find this situation very disappointing and want to warn future sellers about it.

You certainly don't feel like a number. They also had a lot of understanding for the situation because every sale is different. I myself arranged things with the photographer regarding edits, which allowed it to go online faster. What was a shame was that the 'for sale' sign in the garden arrived just a little later. But that’s a minor detail…

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Date unknownBAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

After 15 minutes of talking, it became clear he wasn't qualified to assess our house (vab former agricultural destination). If he had prepared even slightly, he would have known this beforehand.. Returned without achieving anything. This is how we wasted a lot of time with the mortgage application.

25 Aug 2025Our notary needed a valuation report for our new home to determine the transfer tax. The real estate agent referred us to Zicht op Wonen. We indicated when the transfer of the property would take place and asked if we could receive a valuation report by that time. There were six days between the appraisal and receiving the report, which we received only one day before the transfer. It would have been nice if we had received the report sooner, but it was just in time, and we were very helped by it.
