The communication was friendly, involved, and professional; truly a great team to work with. Personally, it would have been nice if the sales process and follow-up steps had been explained more clearly so that we knew even better what to expect. But this does not detract from the pleasant cooperation and wonderful end result. All in all, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend Kin Real Estate to others!

After our first phone conversation, we understood much more about buying a new house and the different steps, but the best thing was that everything went very quickly. Ryan explained everything neatly during our first appointment and gave me time to think about whether I wanted to go into business with him. In the end, I decided to let Ryan help me with buying a house. He advised me and helped me apply for viewings. Soon after, during the second viewing, my bid was accepted. It's great in this housing market to have a house so quickly. Ryan was already behind the sales agent's back, getting the mortgage etc. sorted out before the new year. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices.
