Ryan explained everything neatly during our first appointment and gave me time to think about whether I wanted to go into business with him. It's great in this housing market to have a house so quickly. Ryan was already behind the sales agent's back, getting the mortgage etc. sorted out before the new year. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

His costs are higher - the return on investment is also higher - and he is a very good negotiator. Other services, such as a notary, should be arranged individually (it is cheaper). Also both gentlemen during a viewing of one of the properties they sold encountered. They take time for you and give honest answers to the questions you have.
