Hij was altijd bereikbaar , zo niet, dan belde hij altijd( als dat wel mogelijk was voor hem) terug of via whats app. Hij was altijd bereid om te helpen. Wouter heeft elke stap duidelijk eerst met ons voorbesproken en ging vervolgens hiervoor apart naar moeder om ook daar iedere stap toe te lichten. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

They understood our needs, proposed packages, and guide us as well as possible. Buying a house is a huge step in your life, and in bad hands this can easily be abused. It's therefore important to trust people who will not abuse your enthusiasm. Debbie Mels realtor gave us the confidence we needed. At the moment we are moving into our new house and we could not be more excited about our future memories here.
