14 Mar 2024Zeer bedenkelijke club. Ik zou voor geen goud deze club in huren. Hebben wij ook niet gedaan. Maar werden wel gedreigd met een rechtszaak als we geen belachelijke hoge courtage som gingen betalen. Mijn advies doe geen zaken met Best vastgoed intermediair. zij denken uitsluitend aan zich zelf. Met name aan hun eigen portemonnee.

14 Mar 2021Op e-mails reageren ze niet en het enige wat je via de telefoon kunt doen is een afspraak maken. Als je naar hun kantoor gaat, kom je erachter dat slechts één persoon in hun hele kantoor daadwerkelijk haar werk doet, maar dat ze nooit beschikbaar is voor een vergadering.

Viewings were quickly requested, good objective assessments of the houses, and advice on how to increase your chances. In my opinion, exactly what you need a buyer's agent for, and in my view, completely fine.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

12 Feb 2025Het contact met het team van Pit makelaars tijdens de verkoop van mijn appartement heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren. Anita is een enorm ervaren makelaar met uitstekende marktkennis. Ze komt snel met goede ideeën en een plan de campagne maar het tempo kun je uiteraard zelf bepalen. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de presentatie van de woning. Zowel erg goede foto’s als een filmpresentatie werden er gemaakt. Alles werd ter controle teruggekoppeld. De communicatie verliep uitstekend. De kopers van mijn appartement waren zo enthousiast over Pit makelaars dat zij ook hun huis mochten verkopen! Al met al een aanrader.
