No one listened except for Rene, who took my request seriously and sent a neat email. This is how our contact began. You know right away where you stand with him. He handles everything quickly. You already had problems when signing the contract because I am from Poland; I had to pay for a floor that was already there, and when I moved out, you didn't want to refund the money or have the flooring removed - this is just one example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I also know this from other people.

Too bad about this review. This is a Polish lady whom we have never seen or spoken to. And an unjustified rating. This is completely unknown to us. We regularly rent to Polish people and it never causes problems. However, we work for landlords and do not own any properties that we rent out ourselves. If possible, we would like to know which address it concerns. We suspect it does not belong to our office.

However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

29 Nov 2025We have already visited quite a few houses and therefore spoken to many different real estate agents. But Danish really jumped out at us in everything. Although we ultimately are not going to buy the house, we still wanted to leave a positive review. Danish was friendly from the first moment, warm and genuinely enthusiastic about the viewing. She took ample time for us, gave us valuable information and was able to answer all our questions, even the difficult ones. And that is special, because nowadays you unfortunately often notice that real estate agents drop out as soon as it gets complicated. With Danish, that was absolutely not the case. She was professional, knowledgeable, loving and made the viewing not only informative but also just plain fun. A real breath of fresh air among all the real estate agents we have had so far.

Living room is fine in terms of size, but the floor isn't to our taste. The small bedroom is difficult in terms of dimensions. The kitchen also needs to be completely renewed. If someone wants to buy a house, you can contact Setll. They are the best. This company plays with people's hearts. Because I believed them. But they are scammers💀💀💀💀💀I prove that you said it. You can't see that I am your customer. Please stop lying. Don't do that anymore, because time is very important and trust as well. Don't play with someone's life. Every life is not the same.
