Through our mortgage advisor, we ended up with this lovely real estate agent for the sale of our house. We were looking for an honest, open and enthusiastic real estate agent, and that's exactly what we got! Machteld is incredibly involved, a perfectionist, doesn't shy away from dotting the i’s, and always available for questions. She called us on her day off on the weekend because she was so enthusiastic and happy about an offer received. Machteld also understands the emotions surrounding the sale of your own home. She provides support during the exciting steps and effortlessly takes the sting out of things. She makes selling almost a party! Moreover, we also received feedback from the buyer that they had found the viewings and communication very pleasant. An outstanding performer in every respect and a breath of fresh air with a beautiful counterpoint in the region of Heeze/Leende, dominated by other (in my opinion less pleasant) real estate agents. As a student, I've been well dressed by this company. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

We chose Jac because we had a good impression of him, because we had already viewed two houses with him and luckily also have a good connection. Sometimes serious but also with jokes in between.. felt good with him! Good reachability by phone and app. Gives his honest opinion. We would gladly recommend him to others. And we are incredibly happy that he managed to sell our house well, and with our purchase on the Uilenburg where we are incredibly happy!
