deze dame heeft een goede babbel waar je vooruit moet kijken, ze geeft haar courtage eerst inclusief btw maar maakt er gewoon exclusief btw van bij verdere afspraak. laat de klant opdraaien voor een afspraak. komen kosten bij die afgesproken zijn dat dit in de prijs zit. bij klachten sluit ze de app.

Ook nam ze veel werk uit handen wat niet per se had gehoeven. Als je belt neemt ze 9/10 keer direct op. Erg fijn en snel schakelen. Ik ben iemand die altijd de strategie en reden achter dingen wil begrijpen. Dat legde ze ook haarfijn uit. Ze is helder, transparant en eerlijk in communicatie en meegaand met je wensen al verkoper. Maar geeft wel een concreet en professioneel advies. Het contact is erg gezellig en luchtig en totaal niet zoals ik van een makelaar verwacht. Maar dan in positieve zin! Enorm blij dat onze woning is verkocht maar ik ga het contact met Machteld nu wel missen ;) Als je je woning gaat verkopen zou ik niet verder zoeken dan Moos Makelaardij!
