In the past years, I have been very disappointed in (the craft of) real estate agents (both buyers' and sellers' agents). What a relief Irene van Aken (Real Estate) is!!! Someone who knows her portfolio, still really makes an effort to bring her offer to the right people's attention, communicates clearly, keeps appointments, does business with the right partners and takes those extra steps that I don't see with other real estate agents. Houses don't always sell themselves, but they do with Irene van Aken. I recommend her office everywhere around, for me never again another buyer's or seller's agent but Irene van Aken Real Estate!!!
