Fijne makelaar. Hij denkt mee. Hij wil de zaken goed regelen. Hij is vriendelijk. Altijd bereikbaar.

Betrouwbaar en integer persoon zonder veel bla bla en met kennis van zaken. Alles keurig volgens afspraak en volgens de regels zoals het hoort. Alles wordt meteen opgepakt en er wordt meegedacht en geluisterd naar de klant. Dus geen ''snelle jongen'' welke het alleen wel even doet als de markt gemakkelijk is. Ook voor een deskundige en schriftelijke taxatie de juiste persoon.

Onprofessioneel kantoor. Verkochte panden panden laten ze lekker op Funda zitten, dus jij belt voor niets. 5 dagen later zit het pand nog steeds op funda. Ze geven om niets. Jij wilt wat informatie over een pand Nathalie van Gisbergen heeft op een derde van jouw vragen geen antwoord op. Of nog beter zij gaf foute informatie. Kwamen wij later achter. Wil jij een simpele wijziging doorgeven, duurt dagen totdat het bij deze team doorgevoerd is. Langzame, niets gevende, makelaarskantoor. Ongelofelijk! Slechter kan jij volgens mij niet treffen!
