Leon had promised to contact me if he would be better. Subsequently, I was ignored by phone for 3 (!!) months. Eventually, I gave up, assuming that the house had already been sold or that something bad had happened to Leon. Then, after the three mentioned months, I came across the same property on the regular Funda. Subsequently, I still scheduled a viewing with another number and alias. Presented Leon with the facts but no sign of a good reason, apologies or self-reflection.

We had submitted an offer on Friday afternoon for a house in Aalst-Waalre with the conditions regarding the transfer of the house attached. On Friday evening, we were called by Mr. van Engelen stating that our bid and our conditions had been accepted. On Monday, we made an appointment to sign the preliminary purchase agreement on Tuesday afternoon. I was called on Tuesday morning by Mr. van Engelen with the message that we could not buy the house after all because they went into business with another buyer! This other party suddenly offered more??!!! And better conditions??!! Unbelievable and unacceptable. So with Mr. van Engelen, a word is NO word, so the term unreliable certainly applies to this person, and he has thrown all decency overboard. SHAME!

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Date unknownBAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

We had to ask for the brochure, the for sale sign, photos, brochure, and even for the final check on the selling price.
