One of the most impressive aspects of Bas's service was his ability to quickly understand what we were looking for. He spared no cost nor effort to offer us a variety of options, all of which reflected our taste and requirements. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s influence, we were unable to acquire a home during this period. 16 Dec 2024I bought my house which was sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had a problem in my new house. There were mouse droppings and traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned on the property documents. During the viewing of the house, I already asked Roel if there was a history of mice problems in the house, but he said nothing to me. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had previously had a mouse problem. I also contacted the real estate agent. The seller accepts no responsibility for this situation. I would not recommend anyone to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and nobody takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think carefully. They do not provide correct information.

It's a good thing we only encountered them during a purchase we wanted to make. We would have liked to entrust them with the sale of both of our own homes at a next contact. He gave honest advice, made a clear estimate, and took the time to answer all my questions. I knew right away that I wanted to work with Het Huiskantoor and haven't approached any other office. After our first meeting, an appointment for signing the contract was quickly scheduled. Rutger even gave me contact details of a bank for a non-binding mortgage application, where I was also helped fantastically. Throughout the entire process, I was excellently informed about every step: from taking photos to planning visits and receiving bids. Even the external estimate for my loan matched Rutger's estimate exactly. What I also appreciate is the involvement in the sale, so that both buyer and seller experience the process with a good feeling. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend Het Huiskantoor to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent!

Ultimately, we went for a property in Pelt. Irma showed us around several properties on different days, showed empathy and thought constructively with us. When we found a suitable apartment, she arranged a pleasant meeting with the owners and handled the administration neatly and professionally. Every time we called her with yet another question or clarification, she answered us kindly and patiently. Irma does not limit herself to renting out a home but tries to find a place for her clients. Erwin was always available to answer all our questions at different times of the day. No question was too much. It was really nice that he came along as an extra pair of eyes during viewings to take a technical look and ask the necessary questions you wouldn't think of yourself. Thanks to his many years of experience in the profession, we were able to secure a spot between busy viewings or get an extra viewing through his extensive contacts in the industry.
