28 Jan 2025I bought my house, sold by Wijman & Jansen Era. I had problems with my new house. There were mouse droppings and mouse traps under and above the kitchen cabinets. This mouse problem is not mentioned in the building plans. During a viewing, I already asked Roel if there were mouse problems in the property history, but he told me nothing about it. After I moved in, I found mouse droppings and mouse traps. I contacted the seller and she admitted that she had earlier had problems with mice. I have also contacted the selling real estate agent. The seller takes no responsibility for this situation. I advise nobody to buy a house from this company. They gave me incorrect information about the house and no one takes responsibility for my problem. If you buy a house from this company, think twice. They do not give correct information.

Erwin was always available to answer all our questions at different times of the day. No question was too much. It was really nice that he came along as an extra pair of eyes during viewings to take a technical look and ask the necessary questions you wouldn't think of yourself. Thanks to his many years of experience in the profession, we were able to secure a spot between busy viewings or get an extra viewing through his extensive contacts in the industry. 15 Jan 2021Very bad experience with Perumal & Partners Makelaars. Had a second viewing of a small house last week and the owner was also present at our request. As the last question during the viewing, we asked what the minimum price had to be for his property. We wanted to think about it but after a few hours that evening, we called the owner and reached a verbal agreement, and the owner essentially told Boy that it was sold and he would handle everything else. So we also started everything the next day regarding financing etc. Then, the next evening, we received a call saying there was a higher bid than ours! And that the sale wouldn't go through! What do you ask then? Is this a joke or what’s going on? It was after all verbally sold and instructions were given to handle it. Still arrange a few more viewings to see if we can get more out of it! What a great advertising stunt you made. He certainly doesn't need to call us again when he has something for sale! And I definitely won’t recommend PERUMAL! Even though he has several good reviews, certainly not from me! If they want to sell something they do respond, but if you send a neat email or app, they read it and simply don’t reply! Trust is definitely not here!

He helped me through the whole process and even through some unique situations. He went above and beyond arranging and double checking documents and making sure everything was in order. This was all done in English as I am not fluent in Dutch, extremely proficient in English!
