21 Feb 2025Ik kan niet uitdrukken hoe blij we zijn met de service van Roy. Hij maakte het hele huisevaluatieproces ongelooflijk soepel en efficiënt. Nadat hij een online formulier had ingevuld, nam hij binnen een uur contact met mij op. We bespraken snel de prijs (die heel redelijk was, zelfs lager dan die van anderen in de regio), en hij regelde binnen een dag een afspraak met de verkopende makelaar. Als klap op de vuurpijl ontvingen we binnen 1,5 dag ons definitieve evaluatierapport! Als u een snel, professioneel en probleemloos belastingrapport nodig heeft voor een huis dat u koopt of verkoopt, hoeft u niet verder te zoeken. Roy is de beste! Sterk aanbevolen.

They understood our needs, proposed packages, and guide us as well as possible. Buying a house is a huge step in your life, and in bad hands this can easily be abused. It's therefore important to trust people who will not abuse your enthusiasm. Debbie Mels realtor gave us the confidence we needed. At the moment we are moving into our new house and we could not be more excited about our future memories here.
