03 Apr 2024George Honselaar is aardige man! Echter als je jouw huis via hem verkoopt loop je de kans op hoge verkoopkosten. Je hebt als koper het recht om een notaris uit te kiezen! Deze makelaar bied je aan om een goedkope notaris te regelen! Gevolg hij regelt dat de verkoopakte wordt opgemaakt door "zijn" notaris! Trap er niet in! . Regel zelf een notaris en vergelijk de tarieven van verschillende Notarissen. Dit scheelt je een hoop geld. Gevolg je krijgt een nota vd notaris die vergeleken met het tarief/kosten van andere Notarissen die nogal verschilt! Vervolgens wordt je door"zijn" opgeroepen om te komen tekenen! Dit alles zonder jouw toestemming! Probeer je daarna een klacht in te dienen bij de Klachtencommissie Notarissen dan geeft deze aan niet te oordelen over de tarieven vd Notarissen!. Tja dan ben je het Haasje!!
