Robert-Jan was proactive, honest, easily accessible and above all knowledgeable: he always knew how to clearly explain the pros and cons of a house and/or location, and indicated what was and was not market conform. A realistic real estate agent with a sharp eye for houses, no castle builder.

26 Dec 2025Very fine, professional and ultimately successful help in my search for a home. After a personal introductory meeting, my wishes were discussed and the search began together. The ladies from Meierij Makelaardij took a lot of searching work off my hands and provided me with good and honest advice; they recommended houses, but also advised against them. The guidance of Minouk during the viewings I also experienced as very pleasant. It's nice to have an experienced buyer's agent here, because she certainly had questions and comments that I had missed. After the fourth viewing it was a hit for me and we were also able to find a nice home in this time after a number of months. Looking back, this could probably have been done even faster if I had become more selective and critical during the search. All in all, I am very satisfied with the cooperation and the end result!

09 Aug 2025Absolutely fantastic real estate agents, in my experience many times better than the 'standard' agents. If there were ten stars to give, they would certainly get them from me. They distinguish themselves among other things by taking extra steps for you, even unsolicited, understanding their profession, reacting quickly and communicating well - if necessary, also on weekends - being friendly and paying attention to you as a person and the emotions that selling your house brings with it. It was very nice to have sold my house together with Dimphy and Minouk!

Not only because of her expertise and experience, but especially due to her personal and warm approach. She takes the time, really listens and ensures that you as a seller feel completely guided and understood. Her background as a psychologist is noticeable in everything: she intuitively senses what's going on, knows how to bring peace and trust and makes the whole process something you look back on with a good feeling. A breath of fresh air among all the 'hustled, quick realtors'. Are you looking for someone who does more than just put a sign in the garden? Then Minouk is the one you need.

In this review we gave 5 stars for their service and support, but we would have gladly given more stars. They are symbolic of excellent customer service and professionalism. Every phone call and email from us was quickly answered. Both Dimphy and Minouk helped us at every step. They provided us with just-in-time information that was always accurate and useful. We benefited from their extensive network of professionals (such as a builder and a mortgage advisor). The Dames van de Meierij have a refreshing attention to detail! The most important professional value we want to pass on to future buyers and sellers is their ability to represent the needs of both the seller and the buyer in an ethical way. Once placed on Funda, the apartment was sold within a few weeks. The collaboration between the ladies and us, as sellers, went smoothly.
