Minouk en Dimphy hebben ons vanaf het begin tot aan het eind enorm fijn begeleid. Ze zijn deskundig, flexibel, open en helder in communicatie, hebben oog voor detail en ze nemen de tijd voor je. Zonder twijfel zal ik ze een volgende keer weer inschakelen als makelaar.

Ik heb weloverwogen gekozen om mijn huis te laten verkopen door deze dames en daar heb ik geen moment spijt van gehad. Het was voor hen geen gemakkelijke opdracht. Als je van persoonlijke benadering houdt, dat er naar jouw mening geluisterd wordt dat zij met je meedenken maar ook tijd nemen voor jou en voor de bezichtigingen, maar ook alle tijd nemen om geïnteresseerden met een persoonlijke benadering rondleiden dat is meer dan fijn. Wij hebben ons huis verkocht ook voor de gewenste prijs. Dank jullie wel. Ik raad jullie aan iedereen aan als je kwaliteit, kundigheid en een persoonlijke benadering prettig vind.

Very fine, professional and ultimately successful help in my search for a home. After a personal introductory meeting, my wishes were discussed and the search began together. The ladies from Meierij Makelaardij took a lot of searching work off my hands and provided me with good and honest advice; they recommended houses, but also advised against them. The guidance of Minouk during the viewings I also experienced as very pleasant. It's nice to have an experienced buyer's agent here, because she certainly had questions and comments that I had missed. After the fourth viewing it was a hit for me and we were also able to find a nice home in this time after a number of months. Looking back, this could probably have been done even faster if I had become more selective and critical during the search. All in all, I am very satisfied with the cooperation and the end result!

They distinguish themselves among other things by taking extra steps for you, even unsolicited, understanding their profession, reacting quickly and communicating well - if necessary, also on weekends - being friendly and paying attention to you as a person and the emotions that selling your house brings with it.
