Vriendelijk, kundig en perfecte service. Deze makelaar kan ik van harte aanbevelen! Na inschakeling van de makelaar werd er vrijwel direct een afspraak geregeld met de makelaar. Binnen 2 dagen ontving ik een offerte. Vervolgens is er per omgaande een afspraak gemaakt met de fotograaf zodat binnen 10 dgn. na het eerste contact ons huis op Funda werd geplaatst. Na plaatsing op Funda is vervolgens ons huis na anderhalve week verkocht. Top geregeld!

Julian is echt een zeer goede makelaar. Luisterd goed, geeft fijn advies en kan de pluspunten van het huis én de omgeving goed vertalen naar de kopers. Ze krijgen een dikke tien. Helaas vind ik alle makelaars 'over priced'. Voor twee kijkdagen en een biedingen rondje is het bedrag in mijn ogen te hoog. Dankzij de overbiedingen is dat bedrag iig gecompenseerd.
