Not only could he already make a good assessment beforehand, the valuation report looked complete and polished, and was delivered very quickly. He even worked an evening for it. The apartment was rented out immediately. We also tried it ourselves via other platforms, but honestly, that was a waste of time. We will definitely use this company again.

Date unknownI rented out my apartment through huizenbalie. I was well helped and my questions were answered very quickly. I also received the requests for viewings directly via my email. Can really recommend huizenbalie if you want to rent out your home yourself. Update: A little over a year later, I placed another advertisement through huizenbalie. Now interested parties have to fill in a questionnaire with a motivation beforehand, which results in more serious reactions. Again, many responses in a short time. Huib is handling it well again just like last time.

14 Aug 2023Very bad service, this morning my friend had an appointment for a viewing in Den Helder. He had to come from Hellevoetsluis, so he drove almost 2 hours. Upon arrival at the agreed time, no one was present. Repeatedly tried to call, only an answering machine that addresses you, now I understand why there is no voicemail. Ultimately, no one showed up and it cost him a lot of time and expensive fuel. Very customer unfriendly!!!!

14 Aug 2023The absolute best way to rent out your house via Funda/Pararius. My house was posted within 1 day, +150 responses within 24h. Handling it myself, but this saves me 1000+ Euro , especially compared to (expat) real estate agencies, which ask for 1 month's rent for this (?!). Contact person very friendly on the phone. Conclusion: the future of property rental in a company

14 Aug 2023The Huizenbalie is a bad party for potential renters. You are connected to an automated message. They ask if you send an email. Then you hear nothing more. The telephone service also tries to fob you off with an email. Very poorly organized!

14 Aug 2023Warning! Extremely bad company! - Do you call the central number for interest in a property? You are referred to an email address and the connection is disconnected. Telephone consultation is impossible. - Do you call the number of one of their branches (in my case Groningen)? You get a message that the phone number is not in service. - Once responded via email to a property? You initially receive an automatic 'Postmaster' email as if the email address is undeliverable. Then you get a person whose first and last name are listed in the note of the email. - In a rental process, you can have many questions as a candidate. These will not be answered. Not even by email. The contact person only wants you to respond to his/her questions and not the other way around. - Finally: the viewing itself. You get a nice property to view. Good housing stock. Only the process: no hand is shaken, there is no interest in getting to know you, you are questioned about why you want to move (even though you have already mentioned this via email) and what you earn. You can give answers, but because listening is selective, what you actually say is not processed. - Ask for a video viewing. This prevents you from having to drive a long way only to hear during the viewing that there are 10 other candidates and you shouldn't get your hopes up... - The worst thing of all: the attitude. Mrs. Geraldien Miedema couldn't resist saying that they 'granted' the property to someone else. It might also be 'rented' to someone else, Mrs. Miedema. In short: 1 star for the property itself. No stars for the service.

24 May 2025It's that I have to fill in a star because they aren't even worth one star. Poor communication with the landlord, they don't keep their promises and are very difficult to reach. Waiting 7 weeks for your deposit while it should be handled within 4 weeks is not fair. Delivering half an apartment so the tenant has to make everything themselves and then not responding to any costs to fix this is very customer unfriendly! I would think twice before renting something from them.

24 Dec 2024Due to an unfortunate situation in my student house, a new landlord engaged RNC Wonen to rent out the property. To make as much money as possible from the vacant rooms, we were informed that migrant workers would be moving in. After always choosing roommates ourselves for years, this came as an unpleasant surprise. There was no room for consultation, because 'this is what the owner wants.' In addition, communication from RNC Wonen was deficient. We were hardly informed about the status of affairs and only told that the migrant workers would arrive at the beginning of November. Afterwards, it turned out to be mainly a way to get us out of the house faster – which they succeeded in doing – since the migrant workers ultimately did not arrive at the beginning of November. The migrant workers would not come until after our departure, because they wanted to renovate the house first. RNC Wonen showed serious negligence during this process and had absolutely no understanding for our situation.

24 Dec 2024Very positive experience with rnc living. I lived here for three years during my student years in the city center of Tilburg. For a good price, I had a spacious studio where everything was well maintained. You hardly see that anymore in the current housing market. They really give students a chance here, while other landlords almost don't give students a chance due to their extremely strict requirements, rnc living does. Also, the landlord would come by every so often to check if everything was alright. This really gives an impression of safety and trust.

24 Dec 2024If there was a -1 star option…. The lock on my door did lock, but wouldn't open from the inside anymore. I had to climb out through the window to get outside and open the door from the outside, otherwise it wouldn't have worked. After a year of calling and sending millions of emails, they finally resolved it. I moved here after renovations, but they left the sand behind for us to clean up ourselves. I still have the WhatsApp message from the worker telling me that I had to put it in a bag myself. After 2 months, I still haven't received my deposit back or an answer about it. Be careful. At RNC only the “owners” are important :)

I had a contact respond. He received the answer: first register and then you will receive information about the property. Conclusion... fraud. Nothing more.. nothing less. I wanted to file a report, unfortunately the police said it was a civil matter. Partly because the amount involved is small. MANY SMALL ONES.. MAKE A BIG ONE

24 Nov 2024They mislead people so they register for homes in their system that are listed on the website but no longer being offered. I inquired about the garage, which they said was for rent. I was asked to send an offer via the website, for which I had to create an account and pay a yearly subscription. After sending the application several times, nobody even bothered to call me back. After contacting them by phone, I was told that the offer had to be submitted via the website. For me, they are simply scammers - I do not recommend it.

24 Nov 2024After 4 years (almost 5) of living in a studio offered by RNC, with a room contract, many things happened, and the reaction from RNC was ALWAYS THE MINIMUM to avoid legal responsibilities in case the problems persisted. For example, it took them more than a year and a half to replace the shower in the house, which was defective and in very poor condition, and they only did so under pressure from the rental committee, whose contact I recommend to keep things in good hands. A month after I moved to another private rental property, a certain Stefan from RNC sends me a WhatsApp message saying that he has a potential tenant for my studio, and who wants to come and view it with him, whereupon I reply that I work evenings and am busy all week, I offer him next Monday, he tells me that he will talk to me about it, and nothing more: when I arrive home from work the same evening, I see that the doors in my studio are locked, something which I absolutely never do, and the next morning my roommate tells me that two people were in my room yesterday afternoon while I was away. On the other hand, they also ask for money under the table from people who urgently want to move out. Scammers, fraudulent, always on the dark side of the legal. If you have options and value your privacy, DO NOT RENT WITH RNC.

Despite stopping the collaboration due to their flawed and ineffective approach, I still had to pay all costs. They delivered absolutely no results. A drama and blatant fraud. Absolutely not recommended! ⸻ You are brazen. Not only did you mislead me, but you also continue to argue. The realtor showed up late for the viewing of my house. In seven weeks, you were unable to arrange a second viewing – despite repeated requests.The photographer was supposed to promise a sunny fag, but that didn't happen. You have deceived us. The photographer came on a cloudy day, which resulted in unfavorable photos for us. You still have much to learn, as you have one year of experience. Show more respect for the customer. I am giving my opinion here, this is not a discussion forum.

During our involvement, multiple viewings were organized, which resulted in four offers from three different candidates. You reached a verbal agreement with one of them, for which we prepared a draft purchase agreement. You ultimately chose not to sign it yourself. Subsequently, you decided to terminate the sales assignment prematurely. In accordance with the agreed terms, you received an invoice for two items: the withdrawal costs and an energy label requested by yourself. All other work – including starting the sale, promotion, viewings, and negotiations – was carried out completely free of charge for you. The energy label that we had prepared on your behalf could also be used in the eventual sale of your home. We have heard that the property has since been sold and wish you all the best nonetheless. Date unknownAlso, our son had a bad experience with this real estate agent. Received a message via WhatsApp in the evening that the sellers had awarded him the apartment. Was congratulated by the realtor. With a date included for transfer. A purchase agreement would be made. The next day he received another real estate agent on the phone saying that there was another bid that was higher. This was after closing time for bids. They went to discuss with the sellers. He was supposed to receive a callback the same day. On Christmas Eve, he heard via WhatsApp that the offer from others had been accepted. So dirty. They are still working with their legal expenses insurance to find out if what is stated in the response is true. According to the law, verbal promises are legally binding. Now our son has received it in writing that he was the one whose bid was accepted. Let the judge decide.

Being called in the evening that they actually received a higher bid and we could match it. Pure fraud. Watch out for the tricks of these scammers !!! (Following the owner's response) Today my wife called the realtor again to see if she could still make an offer, more than one and a half weeks after the bids were supposed to be in. She was still told nonchalantly that she could still place a bid. So watch out people, if you submit a bid through this realtor their “word” is worthless. They play you off each other and try to get higher bids from other parties until the last moment. They are also not affiliated with NVM. In short, be careful with these cowboys!
