Het contact was prettig. De kosten werden gelijk bij het eerste gesprek gegeven, zowel de makelaars kosten als de fotoshoot. De fotoshoot werd ook professioneel uitgevoerd. De makelaar zelf was bijzonder prettig om mee om te gaan en was ten alle tijde bereikbaar als je wat te vragen of te melden had. Wist waarover hij praatte. Al met al een goede en positieve ervaring. Zeker aan te raden.

After placing a properly solid and attractive bid on a popular house, Kern Makelaars (selling broker) could only manage an email with 3 lines. The relevant broker no longer responds or returns calls by phone. The viewing was well organized, but the subsequent handling was very impersonal.

Ik ben me er echter niet van bewust dat je me gebeld hebt, wel heb ik begrepen dat er een mailwisseling met mijn collega is geweest over de bieding, zij heeft daarin ook al aangegeven dat we geen uitspraken doen over de andere biedingen. Ik ben niet altijd in de gelegenheid om mijn telefoon direct op te nemen, maar reageer vervolgens altijd snel op achtergelaten voicemails. Volgens mij heb je dan ook geen bericht ingesproken. Op drukke dagen met veel afspraken mis ik nu eenmaal oproepen, waarbij mijn welkomstboodschap duidelijk is: 'dat ik zsm terugbel als er een boodschap wordt achtergelaten'. Het is fijn dat we in deze hectische huizenmarkt lekker druk zijn, nadeel is dat het na zo'n overweldigende biedingsronde het je aan tijd ontbreekt om alle bieders persoonlijk te bellen, waarbij het onze eerste prioriteit is om de bieders snel op de hoogte te brengen en dat gebeurt dan via de mail. Ongeacht welke bieding die een geinteresseerde heeft gedaan doen we nooit uitspraak over het bod en voorwaarden van de partij die de verkoper heeft aangewezen als de koper.
