De makelaars hebben ons van begin tot eind goed begeleid bij de verkoop van mijn woning. De communicatie was duidelijk, snel en prettig. We wisten altijd waar we aan toe waren en de woning werd prachtig gepresenteerd. Mede door de NVM Open Huizen dag, was er veel interesse en was mijn huis snel verkocht.

Erg deskundig en vriendelijke begeleiding in het gehele proces van de verkoop van het appartement in.

Ze was behulpzaam met het papierwerk, waarmee je als verkopende partij te maken krijgt. Hadden we een vraag of was er iets niet duidelijk, konden we haar altijd bellen. Ze regelde alles voor ons en wij werden na afloop van elke bezichtigingen op de hoogte gehouden. Haar inzet is als zeer positief ervaren.
Aangezien wij zelf al een tijdje niet meer in Loon op Zand en omgeving wonen, was het van ons van groot belang een makelaar met kennis van de omgeving te hebben en wij kregen Timmermans makelaardij geadviseerd. I got to know Timmermans Makelaardij when I bought my house, and I was already very happy with them at that time. For this reason, I also asked them to sell the same property. I found the contact with the real estate agents pleasant and it felt familiar. I have the feeling that they want to do a little extra for their clients.
The sale went smoothly. Friendly, but we sometimes missed a more proactive approach from the realtor.
From the beginning, both during the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home, we had very pleasant contact with Wendy. Very friendly staff. They empathized with both the seller and buyer. I was really dreading selling the house. It went 100% better than expected. I also strongly suspect they are professionals. Of course, I can't compare them to other real estate agents because this was the first time I sold a house, and buying wasn't done through an agent. Giving points is very difficult; at a 10, it couldn't be any better.

Think twice before you go into business with this realtor. We bought our house a few weeks ago. We called everyone for our meter in the house. To be able to properly disconnect the electricity.. no one could tell us what kind of meter we have in our house. During the key handover, Mr. Timmermans came in and told us what kind of meter we had without even looking in the meter cupboard. Then we do our round of the house. And we come to the conclusion that we don't have hot water in the kitchen. We point this out and they said they would look into whether it could be resolved by turning on the geyser. We made an appointment that if it didn’t work, we would contact them again.. We turned on the geyser, and the water doesn’t work.. so according to our agreement, we contacted the realtor, and he threw around legal jargon saying that it was our own responsibility and that this was known when agreeing to the purchase contract (and it wasn't). Because we trusted that everything would be alright, we didn’t say anything about the refrigerator and washing machine that were supposed to remain in the house but weren’t. But that was a big mistake. We are going to look at what steps we will take further, considering there is no proper solution with this realtor. And they refuse every possible way of help. And they only push us further into costs.. Thanks though! And a small tip: become more customer friendly.. customers don’t buy a package of butter from you.. a little service is appropriate ;)

We were treated scandalously by Joep. Due to an argument he had with the buyer of our house, we missed out on a perfect apartment. He was also never present at any discussions with buyers of our house and we always had to stand alone. Arguing with everyone, buyers and also clients, he is good at that. I strongly advise against this real estate agency!
