Myself back then unfortunately still unaware. For a studio of €75000,- the sale lasted 3 years + €3000,- in brokerage costs and €125 advertising costs each time. For a studio of 70K! Strongly urged to continue advertising every month for that 125 but luckily stopped it fairly quickly.

Mr. Van Berkel assisted me as a mortgage advisor in applying for a mortgage loan. My situation was slightly different from others but Mr. Van Berkel managed to arrange everything anyway. He thought along with me and fully committed himself to making it happen. He was always (even on his day off) available for consultation and appointments were kept! Last minute changes to the loan amount? That wasn't a problem either. I am a critical person and don’t often leave reviews. Here, I felt that I had to do so.
