Myself back then unfortunately still unaware. For a studio of €75000,- the sale lasted 3 years + €3000,- in brokerage costs and €125 advertising costs each time. For a studio of 70K! Strongly urged to continue advertising every month for that 125 but luckily stopped it fairly quickly.

4% of the purchase price has been calculated by this broker as brokerage fees!
