Last week I had a viewing done with this NVM real estate agent. After the viewing, we discussed the further procedure. Candidates were given a certain date to view the property and submit a bid. To my surprise, I received an email a few days after the viewing that the house was sold. It seems to me that it is not in accordance with the rules of conduct for an NVM real estate agent to change the procedure without informing potential buyers. A bad situation for both buyer and seller.
