Contact initially went well. Later, there were some errors in the contract; the broker was supposed to contact us regarding a solution. After calling multiple times over an extended period, we still heard nothing back. Eventually, we called the brokerage ourselves, but the broker still didn't reach out to us. After managing to get in touch for the third time, an appointment was made. This appointment has also not been kept; it’s now 3 months later. He doesn’t answer when you call, we don’t receive callbacks, and when calling the brokerage directly, he is never available to take calls, with messages being left for him. No response to that either. A shame…

Initially made a good appointment with realtor Mols to appraise properties. During the appointment, he had forgotten his phone and the photos had to be taken with my phone. After that, he became unreachable, no response whatsoever. We called him repeatedly, emailed, and messaged, unfortunately, still no response. We also tried to contact the office and left callback requests. Pure mismanagement not to respond!! He only responded after we returned the assignment. And we could even receive the appraisals with a discount. Of course, there was no trust left anymore. Super bad experience with this agency

Just received another appraisal report for our house in good order. We also did business with Paul a few years ago and it was just as pleasant now as it was then. Everything handled promptly and according to our wishes, so we can quickly go to our mortgage provider with this. Thank you again Paul for the quick service and proactive thinking. Several months ago, I was helped by Paul during a viewing in Tilburg. It concerned a single viewing and offer on a property, and many brokers still charge 1600 euros for that, but via M&S they offered a very reasonable price. Paul came well prepared and with a lot of knowledge; it was nice to have someone with expertise along at the viewing, and Paul has a very pleasant, calm, and friendly personality. Unfortunately, my offer was not accepted, but regarding the help I received from M&S brokers, I look back on it with a good feeling (although I can't say that about the selling broker KIN). I also didn’t have to pay anything, even though time was taken to guide me well. For a next house, I will definitely call upon the knowledge and expertise of Paul.
