03 Jul 2025We had an appraisal done here, as well as with Boumij for comparison. The difference between the two appraisals was over €85,000. Ultimately chose Boumij, and they actually sold the house for a much higher value. This clearly indicates that VDH Wonen is less familiar with the market. When we wanted to approach VDH Wonen to understand where the difference came from, they were not willing to discuss it. Very disappointing. Addition to the response of VDH: I actually worked with this party and provided substantive proof of this. After I stated that I would not deviate from my position, they made it unnecessarily personal. An extra reason to give 1 star.

It's great to see how he’s developed. He was already excellent at guidance and sales back then, and he has only expanded on that. He is knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, is calm and a pleasant contact person and guide throughout the buying and selling process. Where buyers/sellers sometimes feel anxious, Remco provides peace of mind and confidence. He guides potential buyers/interested parties in a respectful manner and stands behind what he offers as a real estate agent. So the perfect person for both parties.
