Remco pretends to hope, makes big promises, but delivers little to nothing. The sale of my apartment went poorly and resulted in a loss of 27k. The purchase agency services he also does not deliver. Remco should have switched with the selling agent and given me as a buyer timely accurate bidding advice. Remco was not reachable at the moment it mattered. I therefore did not pay for his purchase services, he readily agreed to that, because he also realized that he did not deliver what he promised. The fact that the sale of my apartment went wrong, because he was unable to establish a binding sales agreement (financing), is something I will never forget. Helaas vind ik alle makelaars 'over priced'. Voor twee kijkdagen en een biedingen rondje is het bedrag in mijn ogen te hoog. Dankzij de overbiedingen is dat bedrag iig gecompenseerd.
