Dennis heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij het aanbieden van onze 2e woning in Eindhoven - volledig via het afwikkelingsproces. Hij was zeer responsief en hoewel hij zeer professioneel was, was hij ook efficiënt, effectief en vriendelijk. Hij begeleidde ons door alles en hielp ons enorm toen we terug moesten naar Amerika voordat het verkocht werd. 14 Jul 2024De makelaar (Dennis) heeft ons gezin enorm geholpen in de zoektocht naar een woning. Door zijn snelle en correcte handelen is dit gelukt. Over Dennis zelf: - Correct - Duidelijk - Vriendelijk - Zakelijk De verkoop van onze oude woning is ook via deze makelaar verlopen. Foto's, Funda, openhuis, bezichtingen e.d. zijn allen door de makelaar georganiseerd. Hier heb ik zelf geen omkijken naar gehad. De kopende partij is ook blij met de manier waarop alles is verlopen. Ik zou zeker in de toekomst weer zaken doen met deze partij. Hierom raad ik ook iedereen deze makelaar aan! Dennis, bedankt voor al het verrichte werk!

14 Apr 2020Arrogant, slecht bereikbaar en met deze jongens kan je geen afspraak maken. Als je denkt dat je een huis hebt gekocht, kopen ze het zelf snel voor je neus weg. Pas op met deze jongens. Zoeken huizen op facebook, benaderen de particulieren verkopers, bieden/taxeren het huis heeeel laag en proberen dit dan zelf te kopen. Lukt dit niet wachten ze tot een koper een bod doet wat de verkoper akkoord vindt en kopen de woning dan nog voor je neus weg. Dit is geen makelaar maar huisjesmelkers

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

They understood our needs, proposed packages, and guide us as well as possible. Buying a house is a huge step in your life, and in bad hands this can easily be abused. It's therefore important to trust people who will not abuse your enthusiasm. Debbie Mels realtor gave us the confidence we needed. At the moment we are moving into our new house and we could not be more excited about our future memories here.
