Datum onbekendWe zijn in eerste instantie bij Van den Hurk Makelaars terecht gekomen voor de verkoop van het huis an mijn tante. Erg vriendelijk ontvangen door Ilse, die ontzettend met ons mee dacht en erg behulpzaam was. Uiteindelijk heeft ze ook meegekeken met de aankoop van haar nieuwe huis. Al met al een prettige ervaring, als ik ooit nog een makelaar nodig heb in de toekomst kom ik hier zeker terug!

Datum onbekendOmdat ik HSP ben heb ik bij aankoop van een ex-Wocom woning met klem gevraagd of er geluidsoverlast is. ‘Nee, daar is mij niets van bekend’, zei de oude makelaar vd Hurk. Later blijkt er een enorme bouwfout in de woning te zitten, die bij iedereen al 35 jaar bekend is! De lokale loodgieter, de klusjesman en dus ook de makelaar, dat is 100% zeker. We zijn nu al jaren op zoek naar een stiller huis, maar hebben ondertussen wel al ons geld in deze woning gestopt, door deze leugen !! 👎 (Voor wie het niet gelooft; ik heb het gesprek opgenomen).

Mijn Keuze was goed want ze hebben alles prima geregeld en ze stonden steeds klaar bij vragen of adviezen over de verkoop van mijn huis, maar ook bij de aankoop van een ander huis.
