Unfortunately for us, the seller of our new house and her partner adhered to different manners/norms and values than us and the team at Raadhage Makelaardij. This resulted in a very unpleasant atmosphere where we were verbally attacked on multiple occasions by the seller's partner. Fortunately, the seller’s agent, Bart van Nuenen, 'mediated' here and mainly hoped that we would overlook many issues. You already had problems when signing the contract because I am from Poland; I had to pay for a floor that was already there, and when I moved out, you didn't want to refund the money or have the flooring removed - this is just one example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I also know this from other people.

Too bad about this review. This is a Polish lady whom we have never seen or spoken to. And an unjustified rating. This is completely unknown to us. We regularly rent to Polish people and it never causes problems. However, we work for landlords and do not own any properties that we rent out ourselves. If possible, we would like to know which address it concerns. We suspect it does not belong to our office.

02 Nov 2024Because I wanted to sell my house quickly, I had entrusted the sale to two real estate agents. 1 Real estate agent who knew the region well and Bas Korsten. Bas's enthusiasm is amazing. He really goes for it and gladly adjusts his schedule to suit the wishes of interested parties. If necessary, he will come at 3 am. Ultimately, Bas took care of 6 interested parties along with the eventual buyer, and the other agent took care of 1 party. One appointment ultimately did not go ahead because the real estate agent was not available at the desired times. Because the buyers were still living in the Ardennes at that time and there was a lot of snow, Bas drove to Belgium with me to sign the preliminary purchase agreement. That's when you become involved and are more than worth the money. Hence my 5 stars for Korsten Makelaardij.

Bas is extremely knowledgeable and knows much more about houses, architectural styles, materials and general construction than the average real estate agent and gives you the confidence that you know what you are buying.

Anouschka gives you tips on how to present your house as best as possible on funda! She also makes sure that you feel comfortable with her and arranges everything for you. 02 Nov 2021ATTENTION!! They are only after your money. As long as they can make money from you, they will do anything for you, but this stops immediately when they have received the money. Selling your house? No problem! Then a period of forced renting where they are more than happy to act as an intermediary between you and their leasing client. But upon termination of the rental agreement, you are discarded like old trash. They do everything possible to make you pay the landlord an exorbitant bill. Windows and shower tray not clean and €400 is withheld from the deposit because apparently damage has also occurred that was initially not seen and documented. There is a high chance that this damage occurred after your rental period and no evidence of it is shown. Scammed! Then the request for an invoice from the cleaning company for verification, which is also recorded on paper according to the agreements made. Here, the receiver is easily hung up on and you can whistle for your money. First-class scammers! Be warned people!
