Hij was ongelooflijk behulpzaam, altijd bereikbaar en toonde uitstekende kennis gedurende het hele aankoopproces. Wat Michiel echt onderscheidt, is zijn kalme en geruststellende houding - iets wat van onschatbare waarde bleek tijdens de vaak stressvolle en emotioneel uitputtende zoektocht naar een woning in de huidige uitdagende Nederlandse huizenmarkt. Een ander belangrijk aspect dat we zeer waardeerden, was Michiels scherpe oog voor detail. Hij hielp ons verschillende potentiële valkuilen te ontwijken door snel problemen in woningen te identificeren die op het eerste gezicht niet duidelijk waren. Veel van deze woningen zagen er op het eerste gezicht fantastisch uit, en zonder zijn begeleiding hadden we ze misschien serieus overwogen. Michiels expertise behoedde ons voor kostbare fouten en we waren oprecht dankbaar voor zijn vermogen om rode vlaggen te signaleren die we over het hoofd hadden gezien. You already had problems when signing the contract because I am from Poland; I had to pay for a floor that was already there, and when I moved out, you didn't want to refund the money or have the flooring removed - this is just one example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I also know this from other people.

Too bad about this review. This is a Polish lady whom we have never seen or spoken to. And an unjustified rating. This is completely unknown to us. We regularly rent to Polish people and it never causes problems. However, we work for landlords and do not own any properties that we rent out ourselves. If possible, we would like to know which address it concerns. We suspect it does not belong to our office.

20 Sep 2021What should you write about a real estate agent now? That he/she does their job well? No, I'm not writing a review for that, because they are paid for it. I will, however, write a good review for a real estate agent where no question is too much and who (almost literally) runs his legs off to serve you even if it’s not directly their task. A real estate agent who, if he doesn't know the answers, looks for them for you and follows up with you. Exactly that is what we found in Maatvast; they did significantly more for us than can reasonably be expected of them. Hats off, no more and no less Guus, thank you Jeanne and Henk

When I wanted to sell my home this year, I didn’t hesitate for a second whether or not to involve Maatvast again. During the sale as well, I was amazed again by the personal attention, the brainstorming and pointing out important steps in the process in a timely manner. I always received answers to my questions very quickly. (Usually even within half an hour!) I felt 'in control' and supported at the same time during the process.

03 Jul 2025Great help from Anna Noordam, Kim de Kok and Ramon Altenburg Collin. We had seen a house on Funda and Ramon quickly switched gears and scheduled a viewing. Anna went along to the viewing and afterwards they advised us on the bid we should make. Ultimately our offer was accepted! They continued to act quickly afterwards and made several phone calls for us and handled matters. Pleasant communication and they are always available.

It is not easy to find a house in this time, and that's why I asked Staete to help me with it, because they understand the housing market and everything that comes with it. Relatively quickly, I found a nice house for myself and my sons (11 and 13 years old) and I expect we will have a lot of living pleasure there later!

24 Jul 2024I found them to be a very bad realtor who was more concerned with themselves than with the client. They didn't even know where the people came from who had sold our house. Thought dramatic photos were good, so after much complaining, new photos were taken. Agreements about refunds were ‘accidentally’ forgotten. Service very poor. Never take this realtor.
