Great help from Anna Noordam, Kim de Kok and Ramon Altenburg Collin. We had seen a house on Funda and Ramon quickly switched gears and scheduled a viewing. Anna went along to the viewing and afterwards they advised us on the bid we should make. Ultimately our offer was accepted! They continued to act quickly afterwards and made several phone calls for us and handled matters. Pleasant communication and they are always available.

Excellent help with my house search by Ramon Altenburg-Collin and François van Bemmel of Staete. It is not easy to find a house in this time, and that's why I asked Staete to help me with it, because they understand the housing market and everything that comes with it. Relatively quickly, I found a nice house for myself and my sons (11 and 13 years old) and I expect we will have a lot of living pleasure there later!

Very satisfied with the real estate agent. The photos were only mediocre, that was the only thing I found less good. Good and clear agreements. The real estate agent thought along well when a bid had been placed.

We have used Staete both as a buying and selling broker. We are very satisfied!! When buying and selling, so much comes at you, with all sorts of forms that need to be filled out and signed. Staete created an app where we, as buyers/sellers, are included, and Staete themselves; when we had questions or didn't understand something, we sent a message and received a quick response. I found them to be a very bad realtor who was more concerned with themselves than with the client. They didn't even know where the people came from who had sold our house. Thought dramatic photos were good, so after much complaining, new photos were taken. Agreements about refunds were ‘accidentally’ forgotten. Service very poor. Never take this realtor.
