As the selling party, this will certainly be a good real estate agent, but if you want to buy a house, this is really a very bad real estate agent, the service is far to seek. We bought a house via Van der Ven in December but here various problems came up that were not discussed, including the drainage which does not flow properly (okay, maybe the real estate agent could not see this in advance) but also keys that are simply missing, both for our garage door and a small gate. The garage door was only reported during the final inspection and was held back until then, over the key for the gate is never even discussed. However, we could do nothing during the final inspection either because our house was already sold at that time and we did not know what the options were, this is also not discussed (only between the nose and the mouth that the key was not there during the final inspection). In the questionnaire as part of the final inspection report it also states that all keys are present. Now, the real estate agent does absolutely nothing about the problems and only forwards everything without taking any action, they do not even want to think along. They therefore earn about €6.000 from the sale of a house but the service they provide is 0,0. I therefore absolutely do not recommend this real estate agent.
