Take good care. They come across as friendly but appointments are messed up and not kept. They also charge VAT on the brokerage fees. Pretend a viewing is taking place and then use the property as a workplace. Or conceal negative points of a sold property to subsequently chase people with unforeseen costs. And when the fire gets too close, they become passively aggressive. Top company. Amateurish tinkerers who profit from the flourishing housing market. It's a shame I can’t give stars in the minus.
