Excellent real estate agent until problems arise. Martijn forgot to inform us when we bought our current house that there had been previous leaks. Immediately after receiving the keys, we experienced problems with multiple leaks. We had contacted them about this before, but Martijn compared the leaks to a broken dishwasher and his advice was based on his opinion and not legally substantiated. We were disappointed that it wasn't taken seriously, considering these are hidden defects. Unfortunately, we also received no help in resolving this.
