That eagerness meant: - very knowledgeable, with a lot of experience - excellent communication - listening ear - clear explanation of difficult matters - amiable, punctual, meticulous (positive!!) - sympathetic guide in the buying, selling and financial matters that were sometimes difficult for us - modest, serious and enthusiastic.
