Ik heb deze makelaar nu voor de 3e keer bij de verkoop van een huis. Wegens omstandigheden 2x voor mijzelf en nu voor de verkoop van het huis van mijn overleden ouders. De kennis van Alwin over de lokale markt is uitstekend en als persoon een prettige man als gesprekspartner. Hij is eerlijk en transparant over wat de verwachtingen zijn en houdt je tijdig op de hoogte. Het huis van mijn ouders is inmiddels verkocht en het hele proces is soepel verlopen.
