Easy access to both the real estate agent and back office staff throughout the entire process. Our first-time buyers didn't secure financing initially, but this was handled quickly and professionally for a second round with equally good results. In short: simply well assisted.

03 Jul 2025We had an appraisal done here, as well as with Boumij for comparison. The difference between the two appraisals was over €85,000. Ultimately chose Boumij, and they actually sold the house for a much higher value. This clearly indicates that VDH Wonen is less familiar with the market. When we wanted to approach VDH Wonen to understand where the difference came from, they were not willing to discuss it. Very disappointing. Addition to the response of VDH: I actually worked with this party and provided substantive proof of this. After I stated that I would not deviate from my position, they made it unnecessarily personal. An extra reason to give 1 star.
