We waren erg blij dat we via een gemeenschappelijke vriend in contact kwamen met Dennis van der Zwall. Arrogant, poorly accessible and you can't make an appointment with these guys. If you think you have bought a house, they quickly buy it away in front of your eyes. Be careful with these guys. They search for houses on Facebook, approach private sellers, offer/assess the house very low and try to buy it themselves. If this fails, they wait until a buyer makes an offer that the seller accepts and then buy the property away in front of your eyes. This is not a real estate agent but house speculators.
