She told me upfront that she was inexperienced because she was new in the role, and I decided to give her a fair chance. Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful. Communication was slow: I often had to wait days for a response, and she was frequently unavailable for house viewings. This led me to wonder why I was paying for a service when my representative wasn’t even present. After a few months, I requested a new representative and was assigned Peter. Although he was significantly better, he struggled with personal difficulties, which I understood and sympathized with, so I won't comment negatively on that. Ultimately, however, I negotiated, placed my offer, and completed the entire home buying process myself, without their help. Despite this, I still had to pay due to the contract I signed. My overall experience with this company was disappointing, and I found their service a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them at all.
