Fijne (kleine) lokale makelaar met kennis van de regio en oog voor details die ook de extra stap nog steeds weet te zetten. Een makelaar die wel nog bereikbaar en/ook beschikbaar is in de avond uren of in het weekend voor zowel bezichtigingen als ook evt. overleg met de verkoper. Daarbij ook nog de kennis van verzekeringen en hypotheken in eigen huis, dus zeker een aanrader voor verkopers alsook kopers.

Vincent heeft ons van begin tot eind meegenomen in de aankoop van ons eerste huis. Hij legde alles duidelijk en begrijpbaar uit, had een duidelijk (tijds-)plan, belde en/ of stuurde een berichtje als er updates waren en maakte daarnaast altijd even tijd voor ons als we iets nodig hadden. Enorm bedankt!

We hadden ons geen betere hypotheekadviseur kunnen wensen dan Vincent. Vincent is betrokken, schakelt snel wanneer nodig en wist de bulk aan informatie voor ons, als starters, op een behapbare manier over te brengen. Daarnaast waren de gesprekken ook gewoon erg gezellig! Ook over Quinty zijn we heel positief, ze heeft ons fijn geholpen bij de koop van ons nieuwe huis. Omdat we geïnteresseerd waren in een appartement hebben we met Antoine van de Laar gesproken over onze financiële positie. Het gesprek was verhelderend en duidelijk.
