Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Soetens Makelaars, and I would definitely not recommend them! We engaged them as an appraiser. The agent made a typo in the number of m2. This was not noticed by the Soetens appraiser, and he therefore allegedly measured our house incorrectly, resulting in the same figure as the agent's error. (115 instead of 101.6 m2) Totally unbelievable, of course. Unfortunately, you then receive a nonchalant response and are forced to incur extra costs for a new appraisal report.
