Na contact met de eigenaar is er al € 1100 betaald voor alle schade aan het huis, inclusief de tijd die we hebben besteed aan de renovatie. (De getoonde apparatuur was van een model uit 2010 en er was tot 2022 geen onderhoud aan gepleegd.) Ik ben verbaasd over wat de foto's hier suggereren, aangezien het geld al betaald is. Is dit gewoon intimidatie of een manier om de slechte ervaring met verhuurmakelaar Best Housing te verbergen? We misten echt de steun van het verhuurbedrijf voor de problemen die we in het huis ondervonden, waaronder: - het repareren van een oud verwarmingssysteem met een zeer slechte energielabel (energielabel G). We hebben er meerdere keren over gesproken, maar er veranderde niets. Na 2,5 jaar werd het vervangen toen de energieleverancier de eigenaar hierover aansprak. Best Housing bood dus geen enkele hulp of ondersteuning bij welke problemen dan ook. De tweede keer dat ze contact met ons opnam, ging het over de schade in een ongepaste e-mail met de bedoeling ons te vernederen. Ik ben er dus van overtuigd dat Best Housing totaal niet behulpzaam was bij de verhuur van het appartement, noch in hun communicatie. Bedankt voor het plaatsen van de foto's en dat ik de gelegenheid krijg om het complete plaatje te schetsen. De foto's hierboven tonen: - een toiletgordijn (ongeveer 10-20 euro) - een afzuigfilter (model 2007/2010) En de meeste apparatuur is van 2007 tot 2010.
