Monday, October 14th, I contacted the real estate agent to arrange a viewing for a property he offered. During this phone call, I was also informed that the property had already been sold 6 months ago. When I asked why it was still being offered on his website, I received no answer. Now, 5 days later, it is still listed for sale. What kind of policy is this?? Unfortunately, you are not affiliated with the NVM.

Jan Hilverda was the selling broker of the house we bought. We were really pleasantly surprised during the viewing of the house. A real estate agent who knew how to tell everything about the house. We have done many viewings but never encountered such a nice broker before. In the negotiation, he was steadfast, annoying for us, but yes, ultimately he was also the broker for the sellers who therefore got the best price for their house. If I were ever to sell my house, I would want him to sell it for me.
