Kim was onze makelaar. Kim heeft 1 doel: de klant staat voorop. Die visie komt in alle fases. Van voorbereiding waarbij de juiste verwachtingen worden geschept, de presentatie, de bezichtingen, de onderhandelingen en tegengas geven om de klant (wij dus) te beschermen. Ze heeft er voor ons gevoel alles uitgehaald wat erin zat. Erg blij mee en zeker een aanrader voor een volgende keer.

Omdat deze makelaar zelf in de straat woont waar het huis staat dat verkocht moest worden, was het kiezen van de makelaar wel heel gemakkelijk. Maar hij werd ook aanbevolen door de buurt. Terzake en ter plaatse zeer kundig. Wist veel over dit type woningen, doelgroep etc. Ook zeer prettig in de omgang.
