We hebben via Tulkens makelaardij onze woning verkocht. We zijn lang opzoek geweest naar een andere woning. Om een goed beeld te krijgen over wat ons huis waard was is Leon door de jaren heen verschillende keren langs gekomen om passend advies te geven. Het contact is altijd heel prettig geweest. Ik wilde mijn huis verkopen. Ik las de uitstekende reviews van Leon. Vandaar dat ik met hem in zee ben gegaan. Mede dankzij zijn inzet en deskundigheid kon ik mijn huis binnen korte tijd verkopen. Het contact met makelaar Helma de Corte en collega Wendy is vanaf het begin heel fijn verlopen. Ze zijn professioneel, to-the-point en dat met de nodige humor, wat het heel prettig werken maakt. Heb je toch een opmerking of iets wat je kwijt wilt, dan neemt Helma dit ook serieus en doet ze er wat mee. Meerdere malen vriendelijk naar de prijs van een stille verkoop woning gevraagd, maar geen reactie en/of geen opvolging. Wanneer je jouw huis wilt verkopen dan heb je alle baat bij een makelaar die naast de presentatie en bezichtigingen ook alle potentiële kopers opvist en niet meerdere malen door slordigheden of gewoonweg laksheid de verkopers op deze wijze benadeelt. Dit gaat om fatsoen en klantgericht denken, dat ontbreekt.
