We found the team of Expat Housing Brabant through an advertisement on Facebook. Initially, we didn't think much of it. We would work with Ryan. After our first phone conversation, we understood much more about buying a new house and the different steps, but the best thing was that everything went very quickly. The communication was excellent, even outside of office hours, which we found very pleasant because of our shift work. Ryan explained everything neatly during our first appointment and gave me time to think about whether I wanted to go into business with him. In the end, I decided to let Ryan help me with buying a house. He advised me and helped me apply for viewings. Soon after, during the second viewing, my bid was accepted. It's great in this housing market to have a house so quickly. Ryan was already behind the sales agent's back, getting the mortgage etc. sorted out before the new year. It's great because this saved me quite a bit. In short, if you're looking for someone who can fully guide you through buying a house, you've come to the right real estate agency.

30 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

VIND proactively contacted us when a place became available in a CPO project (after we were not selected for Heldersveld phase 1). As a result, we are now building our dream house. In addition, Noa took plenty of time to show us several homes before we made the final choice for the CPO project. The personal and committed advice from the very beginning gave us so much confidence that we also entrusted Noa with the sale of my then-home. In this overheated market, she put everything into selling my home for an excellent price. The communication was clear and pleasant, and the advice surrounding the sale was very professional. Together, we determined a strategic approach, which led to a fantastic result. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert, committed and reliable advice!

Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. 30 Dec 2024Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

Anyone can sell a ready-to-move-in terraced house, but selling an old farmhouse with a depreciated roof – that's what makes you a true professional.
