The Brabant realtor was initially very friendly and very positive. The communication to this seller was no costs, only €650 for the brochure and placement on the internet; the rest would be paid by the buyers who would then pay a small amount because it was included in the mortgage application. As far as that went, everything was fine. My wife did have to do a lot of work; all sorts of things had to be provided. There were also sufficient viewings and we received two bids, one of which we accepted outright. However, two days before we had to go to the notary, the surprise came. We suddenly heard that we still had to pay €4000 in realtor fees. This was nowhere agreed upon and was not listed anywhere in the brochure. After a long conversation with the realtor about our disappointment, surprisingly enough, €1000 of the realtor fees could be deducted at once. I find this situation very disappointing and want to warn future sellers about it.

Have an appraisal carried out by this office. After considerable doubt, have a new appraisal performed by another real estate agency. Result; THROUGH Martijn was over 25% lower! I understand that there is a difference, but so much!

We are super happy with Door Martijn. The team consists of nice people who understand what they do. They want to do it right and nothing else. Martijn gives pleasant and good advice, and they completely involve you in the process with clear explanations, folders, reference material, checklists etc! Never experienced such a scandalous realtor before! It's beyond words, he promises you everything and nothing comes of it, as he promised us after a lot of misery everything he would give us to compensate for this. This, of course, did not happen. Subsequently, asking a question after the purchase is also absolutely not allowed; I ask a question and he attacks you! Do not enter into an agreement with this realtor!!!!

Unfortunately due to private circumstances, however, we had to pull the plug ourselves, because otherwise it would have certainly succeeded with Today Realtors. What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Vind How well you organized and arranged everything, we are very happy with your help and that’s how we had just a little more peace. Thanks again.

Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.
