Perhaps it’s best to state that this is from a frustrated client who is going through (a contentious) divorce and agrees with nothing or wants to have normal discussions, repeatedly removes themselves from the app group, wants to start with an excessively high asking price, and then vents their frustration at the real estate agent? Fortunately, I expect that the other saleswoman did experience our service correctly. Sometimes you just can’t do it right in such a situation! …

22 May 2025The Brabant realtor was initially very friendly and very positive. The communication to this seller was no costs, only €650 for the brochure and placement on the internet; the rest would be paid by the buyers who would then pay a small amount because it was included in the mortgage application. As far as that went, everything was fine. My wife did have to do a lot of work; all sorts of things had to be provided. There were also sufficient viewings and we received two bids, one of which we accepted outright. However, two days before we had to go to the notary, the surprise came. We suddenly heard that we still had to pay €4000 in realtor fees. This was nowhere agreed upon and was not listed anywhere in the brochure. After a long conversation with the realtor about our disappointment, surprisingly enough, €1000 of the realtor fees could be deducted at once. I find this situation very disappointing and want to warn future sellers about it.

House initially sold within a week 🥳 after which the buyers unfortunately had to cancel and we were forced to go back into the market. Again sold after 1.5 weeks. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Vind How well you organized and arranged everything, we are very happy with your help and that’s how we had just a little more peace. Thanks again.

The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

Anyone can sell a ready-to-move-in terraced house, but selling an old farmhouse with a depreciated roof – that's what makes you a true professional. Due to the purchase of a new home, we had to act quickly, and that’s what we did. The property was sold within 2 weeks for a market-conform price through registration.
